About Us

ConcerTour was founded in January 1992 as a sole proprietorship in Bochum. In March 1997, we moved into new office premises in Essen. After 28 successful years in the heart of the Ruhr region, we decided to take another step in a new direction. Since April 2020, we have been pursuing our profession, or rather our calling, in the beautiful Nahe Valley, to be precise in Bad Sobernheim, not far from the first place of work of Hildegard von Bingen.

We began in 1992 with weekly coach trips to the musicals Cats and The Phantom of the Opera in Hamburg. Soon afterwards, we added our own organized trips to all the world's famous opera houses, such as La Scala in Milan, the MET in New York, the Vienna State Opera and many more. At the same time, we developed an additional specialization in performances by world-famous opera singers as well as sought-after solo artists of classical music.

Thanks to our long-standing contacts with opera houses, concert halls and festival theatres, we, as a renowned opera travel operator, are able to obtain opera and concert tickets for all performances. We are also able to secure larger ticket allocations for group travel, which was added to our offering later. Numerous companies have been making use of our excellent connections at home and abroad for many years.
